Okay I don’t know how to exactly title this but the basics of this suggestion is make the players have the ability to change a regular Skeleton Fort or Fleet into their Fortune counterparts, now Rare made the change so that the loot shouldn’t (I heard from someone that there was a Sorrow Chest that they heard in a vault so I don’t know if that was a one time thing or not) be spawned in so as long as the fort isn’t completed there could be a way to switch a Naturally Spawning Fort or Fleet into a Fort of Fortune or Fleet of Fortune
How this’ll work is likely a Athena voyage like the Skull of Destiny you follow a compass to a skull or items whatever than go to the active event and use it to change the Event, I’d imagine the Fleet would have to have the item placed on Sea Dogs or something I’m not sure but the Forts are easy just add something similar to the Fort of the Damned in the main towers
This would likely have Forts be contested and actually used again instead of people needing to either just dive to a new server or wait until the Fort despawns. Just give the players a choice and I will reiterate only naturally spawning Forts and Fleets just thought I’d make it clear thank you if you’ve seen this suggestion
